Two Challenges

This card is going to be in 2 challenges. My Creative Time's Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge.

You have to  pick a row from the chart below (vertical, horizontal or diagonal) and incorporate those three items on your project! I chose patterned paper, ribbon and my favorite...bling!

The other challenge is from Scrapmaster's Paradise SP Trends Challenge #6. The challenge was to use the following colors.

I used SP & Company Sunshine Emma stamp set and the coordinating die. It is soooo nice not to have to fussy cut her out. I did cut her dress though. I also used SP & Company Mini Card Creations II stamp set for the sentiment. The die cuts for the sentiment are from My Creative Time. I used the  Stitched Curly Label Die and Curly Label Die.

Here's the card...

Spring Is Here Challenge

I'm entering this card in the Pink By Design's Spring is Here Challenge. Although I don't think spring has quite arrived here yet. :)

The ladybugs and flowers reminded me of spring.

Chrissie's Card Coordination Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

This challenge requires that we create an envelope that coordinates with a card. I made this envelope for one of the cards I made for the Melissa's Coloring Challenge.

Here is my envelope and card.

Scrapmaster's Paradise Trends Challenge #5

This challenge is to use twine!

At first I thought I'd just wrap it around the card base a few times. Then after I cut out the Spellbinders I started thinking about trying something different and I wove the twine in and out of each opening then attached a button at the top corner. I like how it came out and hope you do also! The baby buggy is from a Cloud 9 Design stamp set and the sentiment is from SP & Company's Bold Sentiments I.

I don't have anyone in particular in mind for this card but I'm sure it's a matter of time until a baby boy pops out somewhere! lol

Here is a close up the twine woven thru the frame.

Michelle's Patterned Paper Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

This challenge wants us to use at least 4 different patterned papers. This one will be for one of my twin nephew's birthday in May.

Marie's Glitter Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

This challenge was one of the easiest...just use glitter. This is a super simple card. I used double sided red tape, then sprinkled it with Martha Stewart's tinsel glitter. I  stamped Happy Birthday then added my blingy butterfly. I love this tinsel glitter. It feels very soft on the card. Hope you like it!

Here is a close up of the butterfly.

Susan's Fun Fold Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

For Susan's Fun Fold Challenge we were to create a fun fold element or a unique folding card. No typical fold in the middle cards. I had my card open in the middle like 2 doors. I think this is one of my favorite cards from all the challenges at Scrapmaster's Paradise. A lot of the embellishments on it were in my scraps stash.

Here's a view of the card closed up.

And the inside...

Michelle's Sketch Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

Michelle's sketch challenge was to create a project based on the following sketch.

For some reason this challenge took me awhile to figure out but I like the final results and hope you do too!

Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combo #137

This card is being entered at Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combo #137. It calls for the following colors:

I kept this card very basic with some printed paper, including the challenge colors, a ribbon, a Spellbinders label with the sentiment from SP & Company's stamp set Bold Sentiments I and of course some bling. The stamp set is one of my favorites and can be purchased here.

Marla's Recipe Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

Marla's Recipe Challenge called for the following to be used: patterned paper, image, flower, some type of trim and a button.

My trim was punched with a Martha Stewart punch and the image and sentiment is from Gina K. I just love, love, love this card!!! I think it is very romantic. It will be for my husband for our anniversary. It's not until June but I love it when I actually get something done ahead of time. I just hope he is not sneaking peeks at my blog.

Enjoy!

Sonya's Getting Into Shape Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

Sonya's challenge is to create a shaped card. It can be any shape except the standard rectangle.

I went to my Cricut machine and created the sample card that is demonstrated in the CTMH Art Philosophy cartridge. This is a totally amazing cartridge. It has sooooo many options. (I am a Close to My Heart consultant. If you would like to find out more, just let me know.)

This card will be for my mother-in-law's birthday. I think she will like it. I'll have to make a box for it since it won't fit in an envelope due to the rosettes.

Here is a close up of the rosettes.

Kelli's Color Combo Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

This color combo challenge asked us to use the following colors:

The little girl is Sunshine Emma from SP & Company. I paper pierced her dress and purse and added little pearls. The sentiment and purse come from My Creative Time stamps. The purse is from Keepin It Classy stamp set and the sentiment on the outside and inside is from Classy & Fabulous stamp set.

I made this card for my friend Jill who let me "shop" at her basement craft shop for all her extra papers. Thanks again Jill!!! Hope you like the card!

Melissa's Coloring Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

We were to color and image and make a project for this challenge. You would think this should be very simple but I always seem to bog down with making a decision on what to color, what colors, what papers etc. This will be a birthday card for my other twin nephew. I like how it finally turned out and hope he does too.

The inside of the card says "it's your birthday".

Gopi's Tic Tac Toe Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

Go here to enter this challenge. This is what was required:

Gopi's Tic Tac Toe Challenge
Create 3 in a row on Gopi's Tic Tac Toe and use those elements to make your crafty project:

I chose to use patterned paper, flowers and ribbon. I don't think the picture really show off how sparkly the paper is on the dark pink stripes.

Here's my take on the challenge.

Anything Goes Challenge at Pink by Design

I'm entering this card at Pink by Design's Anything Goes Challenge. The only requirement was to use a Pink by Design's stamp.  I used 29 & Holding stamp set. I embossed the sentiment on a metal tag.

I made this card for my Pastor's birthday. Hope you like it!

Jenn's Recipe Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

This challenge uses the following recipe:

Use the following items to create your project: 1 main image (can be image stamps or sentiment stamps or even a combo to create one main stamped image), 2 patterned papers, and 3 embellishments. You can use other staple items like coloring supplies,  tools, and cardstock.

This is what I came up with.

Chrissie's Emboss Resist Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

This challenge requires using the emboss resist technique. It was hard to get the emboss resist to show up in the picture.   Go here to participate in this challenge.

This card could be a sympathy, get well or just thinking of you.

Amber's Digi Challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise

I am entering this card at Scrapmaster's Paradise Digi Challenge.

The challenge was to use a digital stamp. I used the music background. I wrinkled the paper then inked it to age it a little. I forget where I got the digi from.

Enjoy!

SP Trends Challenge #4

This SP Trends Challenge #4 calls for using washi tape, which is one of the newest trends. I've never used it before, although I did have some in my stash. Now that I've finally tried it I have to say I LOVE it!!! It was so easy! I'll definitely be making more cards like this and leaving the sentiment blank so I can fill it in later.

I think this card could be good for many occasions. I made this one for an aunt who is having health issues.

I used SP & Company Bold Sentiments I stamp set. Here is a picture of the set.

Bold Sentiments I Stamp Set

And now here is the card!

SP Color Combo #136

I made this card for my niece who turned 15 a couple weeks ago and as usual I'm a little late.

I decide to follow the colors in Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combo Challenge #136 using the colors yellow, green and bright pink.

I used SP & Company's Bold Sentiments III - Birthdays Stamp Set. I has a lot of great birthday sentiments.
