Color Challenges!

I am entering this card in Scrapmaster's Paradise Green Challenge. Green is supposed to be the main color. I made this card for my niece's birthday. Lime green and pink are my 2 favorite colors right now.

I used Stampin' Up's cupcake punch to make the cupcakes. Soooo much easier than cutting by hand.

I am also entering this card in Getting Cricky's Color Challenge. The card need to be green, white and one other color (pink for me).

Basketball Birthday Card

Once again, I'm entering this card in SP Stamps Challenge #9. The challenge was to use embossing powders. I embossed the sentiment with 2 different colors. I love these challenges. They help me to keep my blog going and keep up with my card making.

This card is for my 14 year old niece who loves to play basketball.

Distressed Stamping

I am entering this card in the challenge at Stamping with Sami Challenge #8 - Distressed Stamping. I used Sami's new stamp set Sympathy & Care. I stamped the sentiment using VersaMark and embossed with white embossing powder. The leaf stamp is Hero Arts Leaf Cluster. I used various Tim Holtz distress inks for the background.

Anniversary Card

This card is being entered in Stampin With Sami #7 - Love Theme and Getting Cricky's Simply Sunday Challenge - Wedding Bells are Ringing. It would have been a great Valentines card but that's gone so I decided I will give it to my husband for our anniversary. I'm pretty sure he never looks at my blog so I should be safe posting it. I used SP & Company Musical Butterfly. This is a great stamp that can be used for lots of different occasions. I found the sentiment on another set and thought it would be perfect for this card.

Justin & Kelly's Engagement Card

I made this engagement card for my stepson Justin and his fiance Kelly. I am entering it in the challenge at Scrapmaster's Paradise. We are supposed to use bright red.

I am also entering this in Getting Cricky Wedding Bells are Ringing Challenge.

I used my Cricut and Gypsy to make the heart and to weld their names. Of course, I had to add the big bling for her ring! I embossed the heart with Swiss dots embossing folder and the hearts were from the Fiskar's embossing plates. They are nice when you make 6 x 6 cards.
